For 10-11 bánh1/3 cup fine cornmeal
1 2/3 cups rice flour
1/3 cup coconut cream powder
1 tsp mushroom powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 - 2 tsp turmeric powder
Chopped green onion
Mix well with 2 2/3 cups water, rest 15 minutes. Then add 1 tsp Alsa baking powder, mix well, rest for another 10 - 15 minutes.
You can chiên then leave in 200F oven, on a rack, don’t stack the bánh, until serve.
