Bánh Bò Nướng Nhanh Air Fryer - Super Fast Honeycomb Cake Homemade - Thuy Do Michigan

Nguyên Liệu - Ingredients:
200ml nước cốt dừa - Coconut milk
150 g đường vàng - Brown sugar
1/8 tsp muối biển - Sea salt
1/8 tsp bột lá dứa - Pandan Paste
5 trứng - Eggs ( 62-65g/each included shell) about 280g without shells
200 g bột năng - Tapioca starch
1tsp vani - Vanilla
1 gói bột nổi Alsa 11g - Alsa Baking powder
1 tsp dầu ăn thoa khuôn - Cooking Oil

* Brush oil inside the mold
1- Mix coconut milk + Sugar + Salt in a bowl/measure cup. Microwave for 10-20 seconds if necessary. Stir until sugar is dissolved and set aside to cool completely.
2- Crack eggs in to another bowl and whisk
3- Sift Tapioca and vanilla powder in to a bowl
4- Mix (1) and (2) together, add panda paste to the mixture.
5- Pour (4) to (3) through a strainer and add the baking powder
6- Mix the (5)
7- Pour the (6) to the mold through strainer
8- Bake 30 minutes at 340°F (171.111 °C)
9- Turn the mold up side down on a flat surface, let it cool down
