Bánh Ít Lá Gai super Nhanh - Instant Pot Simple Ramie Glutinous Rice Cakes

Nguyên Liệu - Ingredients:
550g glutinous flour
300gRamie leaves
150g brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
330-350ml of water
2 Tbsp minced ginger
2 Tbsp cooking oil
2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Fillings: 30 portions
- 200g of mung beans
- 230g coconut flakes / shredded or grated coconut
- 100g-120g sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup of water
Soak mung bean + salt 4-6hrs. Drain, rinse. HP bean 1', NORMAL.
Add sugar, coconut, vanilla, then stir fry for 20' or until dry to the touch
Direction notes:
- Ramie leaves are washed to remove dust
- Place ramie leaves and ginger into food processor to grind, 1minute
- Add flour, sugar, salt, and water mix until combine, 1 minute
- Divide into 30 portions
- Wrap the filling balls with ramie dough
- Pour in the IP pot, 3 cups of water. Steam cakes with glass lid, Saute program, Normal 15-20 minutes.
If using regular pot, steam for about 20-30 minutes.
- Take out the cakes, sprinkle sesame on.
